All merchandise sold through JFarrariMerch is made to order and fulfilled on demand by our manufacturing partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to assist in ensuring you are satisfied with your items.

 

Sizing

Sizing charts are provided on each product page. Please double-check measurements before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos showing the issue

 

Sizing Mistakes or Order Errors (Customer Responsibility)

If an incorrect size or item was ordered by mistake, we’re unable to accept a return.
However, we’re happy to offer a discount on a replacement item to help you get the correct size - just reach out and we’ll take care of you.
